PQCNC invites you to join us at a meeting for "Exploring Opportunities to Improve the Accuracy of Birth Certificate Data for Newborns."
The collection of the data requested on new data forms is challenging and extensive. If there are methods that would insure the accuracy of the data being submitted by all of us engaged in mom-baby care, the registry database that results from this data would be an invaluable source of information for improving mom-baby care. The intention of this meeting is to explore with those most intimately engaged in this process the challenges and opportunities that might be available to achieve a lofty goal...100% accuracy in infant birth and death certificate reporting. We hope you will consider joining us for this conversation which will include presentations from perinatal leaders in the state...and lunch!
