The PQCNC western regional meeting for Care of the Late Preterm Infant initiative will be held on April 25, 2024 in Winston-Salem, NC at Novant Health Forsyth. We will meet in the Forsyth conference center.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 10am and will conclude at approximately 3pm. Lunch will be served.

This day has been designed to give teams the opportunity to learn from the expertise of our guest speakers, hear from other participating teams and apply what you have learned to the development of your team’s ongoing PDSA cycles. A team will be required to get the most out of the day and to fully participate in the day’s activities.
