As they finish up the readiness requirements for participation teams are turning their attention to finalizing their Quality Improvement Plans - having a thoughtful, detailed, complete improvement plan is essential for guiding the work, providing a path and a timeline for improvement. The QIP is not set in stone, but is a living document, a basis for monthly cycles of improvement and subject to modification as teams dive into improvement work and learn more about the barriers and opportunities they are facing.
