We can accelerate our work to design a system that delivers “the right care at the right time to the right patient-everytime” by using rapid cycle testing, sometimes referred to as the PDSA model. In each cycle you work on a small improvement until it’s delivering the results. While viewing this short movie clip imagine the hypothesis, and the dozens of PDSA cycles that it took to get this desired result … It’s not a healthcare example but it will illustrate what it will feel like to get to the result you want for your patients!
