September has been a month of planning and preparing for the October all day learning session in Chapel Hill. Teams are preparing for Phase III of the SIVB initiative which will include taking what we’ve learned in Phase I and II and honing in on specific areas to not only decrease our cesarean rate in the state, yet also to determine best practices based off our results in Phase I and II.
