This month as part of our process of focusing our attenion on specific process improvements we zeroed in on sin-to-skin. Each team designed a method, based on the needs, policies, and culture of their unit to increase awareness of skin-to-skin. Collectively teams adapted a checklist tool to ensure complete documentation and provide reminders to their staff.
