Much of the work of the teams this month focused on early initiation of pumping. Teams shared their work on this month's webinar, with Cape Fear leading the discussion by highlighting the changes in their Labor & Delivery unit that promote early pumping. Teams also heard from New Hanover about a new tool they developed to review and dig deeper into the circumstances surrounding infants that were not Exclusively fed human milk that may have broader applicability across the collaborative.
