PQCNC has used data that the teams are collecting to produce new reports that highlight the gap between intention to feed and the actualrate of infants who were exclusively breastfed. Teams discussed issues surrounding this gap in some detail during this months webinar. A review tool has been developed which teams are using to review charts and gain further insight into the differences in intent to exclusively breastfeed and actual rates of exclusivity to both inmprove inidividual practice and to share learning throughout the collaborative.
