The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is seeking hospitals to assist in an important project to assess the reliability and validity of newly developed electronically specified clinical quality measures. CMS has contracted with Mathematica Policy Research (Mathematica) to carry out this work. Mathematica is currently seeking hospitals interested in serving as test sites for the following measure:
Cesarean Birth Electronic Clinical Quality Measure (PC-02)
Please see the attached fact sheet for further details. An incentive payment is available for participating test sites, and up to three hospitals will be selected from the pool of applicants. The testing timeframe is March 2016 to June 2016. Mathematica will provide specifications and technical support during all phases of testing.
