PQCNC clOUDi Prenatal Pilot Expert Team

Our mission is to develop a prenatal QI initiative that will address issues of verbal screening, brief interventions and successful referrals for treatment for every pregnant mother in the state with opioid use disorder. This effort will be the vital prelude to hospital based efforts which are now underway in 52 hospitals across North Carolina.  We are planning to conduct this work virtually with a total of four one hour noontime calls every two weeks beginning March 16th.  We will make very rough drafts available before each session as we develop an aim statement, action plan, key driver diagram and metrics which will direct our prenatal efforts.
