Thanks to the efforts of Michelle Clements at WakeMed a meeting was held for NICU Family Educators to discuss family discharge readiness programs and resources - an excellent opportunity for ongoing collaboration as we all strive to deliver excellence in Family Centered Care. View the agenda here.

The group is hoping to meet again and some tentative discussion began around two projects; establishing parent education standards in the NICU, and developing an NICU guide that would available to parents. To ensure you don't miss any future activities of this group send us an email.
